A good employee can adapt to situations out of their comfort zone. Through my years of experience, I have gained knowledge in many areas. Below are some of my other skills not listed in the rest of my portfolio.

Brand Management

Visuals, colors and themes are often the way we recall a brand. An orange home improvement store or a smile listed on a price tag reminds consumers of your brand with minimal elements. It is important to keep branding consistent across platforms, initiatives with other companies, and even internal documents to encourage brand recognition on all levels. Below are some of the brands I have had the pleasure of working with during my career.

 Vendor Management

External organizations will play a significant role in the completion of any project. Mail houses, printing companies, video production companies can make or break a project’s purpose. Through years of experience, I have learned to communicate effectively with vendors in different production areas. Below you will find some of the vendors I have formed relationships with.

Volunteer Management

A manager must be able to interpret stake holder personalities to find out what motivates those individuals to reach the project’s intention. These stakeholders such as volunteers or board members might have a different agenda then your projects intended outcome. Redirecting personal agendas or knowing when to offer further information can be a difficult. In my career, I have spent many hours managing and working with nearly 700 volunteers.

Commercial Co-Ventures & Contracts

Although not an area I studied formally, during my career I have learned to read, understand, and redline both commercial co-venture agreements and other form contracts in order to take pressure off my teammates.

Department of Defense Regulations

My current organization focuses on the wellbeing of military and military families. In my time with the organization, I have learned many regulations for our military and rules surrounding the usage of their images, emblems, and buildings. As well as formed relationships with local military commands and public affairs officals.
